You create yourself in the image you hold in your mind. Believe in your dreams, advance confidently in that direction and you will meet success.

Life is about YOU, we can break it into 12 categories or more, there are no clearly defined edges, nothing can define who or what you are. Nothing in your life is separate, it all blends into you and your everyday experience. None of these categories are elective or left behind, you can not overlook any of them, you need balance in all of them.

A win in any category is a win everywhere in your life. This is holistic health. Take your whole life to the next level. Keep working on yourself, improve anything and everything will improve.

Our life vision integrates everything in our life. What does life look like when you are able to execute in every category? What does your future look like? what does it feel like? What do you think about it? Connect with the ultimate goal of living your dream life.

To do this correctly we need to know what we want and experience the excitement of that vision. Let those ideas, dreams, goals be felt fully, imagine them becoming a reality. Get in touch with what you want in every area of your life all I want. Visualize your future, record your vision, let it flow.

Quality of Life _ Outstanding fulfillment

We have the right to live for ourselves, committing to be the best we can be, happy and self-actualized. We need self-responsible people that make the world better by making themselves better. Some people have guilt from spending time and energy on themselves, especially with the world needing so much help, however, we need to help ourselves before we can help others.

We need to let go of the guilt around becoming an extraordinary person. Health, wealth, relationships, experiences and fulfillment are primal towards self-actualization. When you move towards your goal, you start to outshine those around who are not moving in the same direction. We need to break through emotional barriers and create positive change in our life.

Happiness and fulfillment are about living joyfully and fully every day, living a life of abundance, having leisure time to explore interest and fascinations, enjoy time with loved ones, have adventures and create unforgettable memories. Everything in our life should be about improving our quality of life. This depends on the other categories we focus on: Having a healthy body, mind, heart, with positive relationships, work… striving for excellence, balancing desires, needs, goals, and responsibilities.

The three areas of focus are the material things we want, the experiences we want to have and the environments you want to be surrounded by. Define the stuff you want, your dreams and aspirations, the material rewards you want in life.

Quality of Life Premise

Your Premise refers to the foundational beliefs you hold about this category. What do you believe? What deeply held beliefs are shaping your life? Are your beliefs empowering? Do they move you at a deep level or are they holding you back? What is your Premise for this area of your life, or what would you like it to be?

1) I believe I deserve the best life has to offer. I dare to ask for what I really want.

2) My purposes in life is to help create the best quality of life for myself and those around me, helping others to do the same.

3) Living a high quality of life is a choice I make every day at every moment, focusing on all categories of my life. .

4) Quality of life is about living on purpose, surrounded by good things, doing good for myself and others, staying present, experiencing, loving, sharing.

5) I find leverage areas to improve my categories.

6) I take my happiness seriously and chose positive emotions on a daily basis, I dismiss negative emotions as soon as I can.

8) I choose to live an extraordinary life, take the gift of life and live it to the fullest.

7) I create world-class experiences, attend unforgettable events and create memories. I get off my but and live an extraordinary life.

9) I know true happiness does not require material things, but I also know that material things don’t necessarily make me unhappy. I know things can make me happy when I am already happy in other areas of life.

10) My home makes me happy, I could be happy sitting in a rock, but I can also be happy living in a mansion. I can be happy riding the bus but can also be happy with a Ferrari. I can be happy being sober but also got fun getting high, drunk .

11) Things both large and small can make us happy. Some things bring lasting happiness and others are fleeting, but everything is ephemeral, I embrace every moment of happiness and joy, some of them coming from material stuff.

12) I do not let material things anchor me down, I do not overindulge or let material things tie me down. I do not overconsume or overbuy. I am not a slave to the stuff I own.

13) Quality experiences are the greatest joys in life, material things wear out, break and disappear, but great memories are the reason for those material things, create fun and excitement. I take the time to plan and create amazing experiences.

14) Quality of life for me is to feel confidence, excitement, self-love, and company with beautiful loving people. There is no negative sides from having great experiences, even when the experience i s unpleasant there is value in it.  Even bad experiences are epic, intense, create a bond and teach life lessons.

15) To create amazing experiences I travel.

16) The environments I am surrounded by are my home, an extension of my self, the reflection of my values, aesthetics, and personality. I keep my home, clean, organize and efficient. It is tranquil, peaceful and serene. My enviorments is where I experience my quality of life, my home is a feedback loop, radiating awesomeness. I choose the qualities I want to experience and build them into my home.

17 ) quality of life is a choice and I choose daily to have an awesome life. Things can bring me joy, but can also weight me down, so I choose carefully. Awesome experiences is what life is all about. And I surround myself with excellent environments to bring more goodness into me.

Quality of Life Vision

Your Vision refers to the ideal state you would like to achieve in this important category. Ask yourself: How do you want this area of your life to feel? What do you want it to look like? What do you want to be doing on a consistent basis? Clearly describe your ideal Vision.

1) I know I am divine and that the whole world is my playground, whatever I want can be true, I just need to focus on it. I have a list of the things I want in my life, people, materials, experiences. I update this list constantly, crossing off what I already have and adding the new desires I got. I don’t ask for more than what I want and need.

2) There is nothing I can not do.

3) I travel, experience the country I live in and the world around it.

4) My home is a serious place where I experience my quality of life. I have a clear idea of what I want for my home, including the values I want my home to include. I know the environment I want to be surrounded by and the values they project.

Quality of Life Purpose

Your Purpose refers to the compelling reasons behind what you want in this category. What energizes you? What empowers you to take action? What motivates you to achieve your Vision? Describe WHY you want to make the most out of this area of your life?

1) I need reliable material things to work and to live a healthy life. It is easier to have a high quality of life when I surround myself with good material things and experiences.

2) I create a life of luxury in my own way and on my own budget. My purpose to have a high quality of life is to enjoy my time on this planet with my wife, kids and people I love. I want to enjoy all 12 categories every single day. The better life, the more I can contribute to others.

3) My house is part of my health plan, it supports my health, mental, emotional and spiritual grown, social, and environmental, political and more. I banish stress and chaos from my living environment, creating a peaceful environment for me, my partner, my children, friends, and family. This is an oasis, from the outside world, peaceful, calm absolutely beautiful, it is healing place, relaxing, happy inducive, peace inducive.

4) Experiences change my life, they improve who I am, it improves myself, makes me smarter, more educated, more spiritual. It brings me closer to the people I travel with. It is fun, adventurous, rich, I travel with friends and lovers, family and all that.

5) I want to say damn! I really lived this life, experienced the best of it, loved fully and was fully myself. Good things and experiences have a positive impact on all parts of my life. It’s a self-feeding mechanism.

Quality of Life Strategy

Your Strategy refers to the specific actions that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be. How will you bring your vision into reality? Ask yourself what kind of positive habits, attitudes and action steps you can implement. What’s the RECIPE for the Vision you want to create?

1) I constantly look at my vision in all areas of my life to remind me myself of my purpose, needs, and desires.

2) I focus on my health and finances to be sure I can support this quality of life. I also focus on saving to ensure my quality of life in the future. I have a financial plan and take the first step. Decide what it will take to get what and plan it out, find out how, when, why, where and with who.

3) Take a step forward moment to moment, meditate on the very next step, moment to moment.

4) Focus in all your environments, work, living, leisure. Choose the best you can and make significant changes to improve your life. Healing values are the most important in my life. When people walk into my place they walk into a tranquil peaceful home. Waterfalls are all around my home, light, living plants and animals. Relaxing music is also abundant. There is green life and other colors everywhere.

5) I will find the balance between living well and taking the time to do what it takes to create financial abundance. I plan all categories for short term and long term goals.

6) Find the recipe for the life you want. What are the ingredients? What are the steps? Leverage audio to create the mood you need. Aromatherapy is another great way to change the mood. Fire is calming, inspiring, warming and mood setting. Candles are the latest. Get rid of clutter, noise, dirt, and toxins. Create a theme for your home, fund, spirituality, sensuality, define the mood to project in the home then get the recipe. Use paint and materials you love. Get key pieces of furniture that you love, decorations that you love. Remember, the best things in life are free, sunset, sunrise, nature, star gazing, playing, creativity, paint, write, sing, friends. The secret of life is that it ends. Go towards your loves and enjoy your way to the ideal life. Release and purge everything that doesn’t belong in my life. Remember gratitude. For every new expensive thing, I get I will sell, gift and get rid of the things I do not longer use.

7) I take note and do the things that need to get done.

Focusing on New Empowering Beliefs

What limiting BELIEFS did you discover? What are your new empowering beliefs?

I used to think that building a high quality of life was an overwhelming task that I would never be able to wrap my head around. I use to think that spirituality and material fulfillment could not go hand in hand. Now I know that the power of God is within me, that I know my path and the things I need and desire. I know I deserve all that I can imagine, I know it is possible to organize my life and move towards my dreams every day.

Reviewing Financial Life & Career

We are well past the halfway point of this Lifebook program. This week being by far the most triggering for me. We are working with our financial life and career, two of the categories most people seem to struggle with. For me, this is more than a sore spot in my life. In my past, I found myself in situations where I was unable to work, unable to get paid or simply rejected from multiple job opportunities.

Over time, I created the career I wanted for myself, mixing all the areas of my life to figure out the best way for me to live and work. Now that I have a clear vision, it is time to make it happen. There is no more room for excuses. I know I can do this, and I will.

Learning and Improving

All the information we need is at our fingertips. We just need to learn and know how to navigate it. Only we can know what we need to learn or who we need to ask for the information we may need. It is common to have insecurity and shame around this topic. Our culture has messed this up big time, but we can turn around and improve our spiritual relationship with money. We need to make a philosophical shift. We need to see the process of wealth creation and making money as a creative necessary function for humans. We are not greedy, bad people do bad things, we can enrich ourselves by creating value for people around me. The pursuit of wealth is a spiritual and moral pursuit that can lead to self-actualization and make the world a better place.

The key is to listen to our intuition. We must know what works for us and what resonates in our life. What is the path we want to follow in our pursuit of wealth and happiness? The abundant mentality is about serving and bringing to the table, to create value for the Self by developing the self. The mentality of lack only leads down. Investing should be an extension of who we are instead of means to get money. Financial advisors should know about the philosophy of money and use it accordingly.

Intuition is a high-level internal response to external influences. It mixes the mind, emotion, and spirit. For this, we need clarity and time to hear. Find the books and teachers that resonate with you. Be responsible for what you need to learn. Get a few toes in the water and try things out. Consume the information you want, choose wisely, don’t get stuck on things that don’t work for you.

How Much Money do I Need

Get clear on your life vision and find out how much that will cost you. Look at the exact life you want to live, and then find out how much it will cost. Learn what exactly it is that you want and then you can get it.

Remember that a painting can be sold for half a billion dollars. You can also lose everything at any moment. You might be shocked to know you don’t need as much money as you think you do. Life is easier than you think. We can always make more money than we need. Financial freedom is making more than you spend. Look at all the categories and find out what you need to satisfy all your needs and manifest all visions. Go down each category and find out how much it will cost.

Money, being a form of energy, needs to move or it stagnates and stops producing. When money moves it generates more, we need money and wealth to circulate.  We must reward ourselves for the work we do, by spending money on things we deserve, and by this, we bless others by sharing our wealth with them.

Advice on Creating Your Own Business

The path to wealth and doing our own thing can be gratifying and make the world a better place. Remember though, entrepreneurship is challenging and most businesses fail after a few years of opening. Focus on conscious capitalism, it can be gratifying and make the world a better place. Remember though, businesses are like chains, if one piece fails, the whole thing fails.

First, be careful about turning your hobby into your business. It may seem like the best job in the world, to do what you love and make money at it. Be careful with that, you may end up doing everything but yoga. Don’t let your hobby turn into a curse. Entrepreneurship can be incredibly hard but if you can pull it off, there is nothing better. Start simple, plan the seeds, low cost, overhead low. The key metrics are sales, revenue, and cost. Be sure to try things first before committing into it. If you are a creator and artist, find a partner who can ride with you and focus on the business sides of things. Find people that love doing the things you don’t. We need a confident partner that can fill in around us. Be clear about your service, value proposition and the message to deliver it. Once you start, there is no going back and you won’t know all that is wrong until you start.

Always be sure your health and fitness are on point, and that your financial life won’t suffer from a rough road on entrepreneurship.

More important, quiet your mind and find out what you need, then look into it, feel it out and if it feels right, go all in. Once you feel comfortable, choose your path and go deep into it. Do what works, and don’t stop doing what works. Always keep an eye to see what works best.

Doing Our Part

Wealth must first be created, humans create wealth, without us it does not exist. Have a profound impact on people’s lives and you will create a huge amount of wealth. People who are experiencing poverty need all of us to create wealth in this world and invite them to be part of it. Society, humanity and poor people need us to create wealth and a surplus for ourselves so we can do things and share the wealth with other people.

Material wealth has been bad-mouthed in the east and west. Do not go after money, go after value. Create value for your fellow human beings, that is the spiritual quest. Make the world a better place.

There are many ways to make lots of money, follow your heart.

Resolving the Sales Conflict

Learning to sell is important no matter what you do. Some people are audio learners others like to attend groups, other people like to join networking and mastermind groups. Sales mean to get people emotionally involved in what you want to see happen. Convey the value of what you do in a compelling way to get people emotionally involved. Learn how to do that. Creating is divine, sales are also divine, learn to enjoy it, it is essential to your success. Join networking groups.

Sales mean explaining what we have to offer in an authentic way. Simply tell people what I got, what I do, and what it will do for them. Love everything you do and offer to people, know it, be passionate about it and talk about it. Love it, use it, share it. Sales are sharing with others what you have to offer and asking for value exchange in return. Define your needs, see what is available, learn what resonates and go all in. Realize, selling in the internet is different than face to face, but it has never been easier than it is now. Digital content lasts forever, keeps costs low, innovate.

Making Decisions and Knowing What We Want

Never stay on a job you hate, but remember, your career is meant to fund the rest of your life. Find something that is fulfilling, enjoyable to do, but not necessarily the most awesome job in the world. Get your paycheck, get leisure time, pursue interest and passion outside your job, or not. There are two opposite ways of going about it. Choose what you want, what feels right? Teaching is my career, entrepreneurship is my creative expression, music is my passion.

Remember, personal development and self-discovery is enlightenment, it’s learning about ourselves and how to live rightfully as we are, it won’t look the same for everyone. We all have our own path to travel. Keep asking your questions. Find out what turns you on, what is your purpose in life? What are the things that move you, inspire you, excite you, fascinate you, that give you energy and make you feel a certain way. Pay attention to how it feels and what happens inside of you. Experimentation is important, but it should be a fun road, play in different areas and engage in life. Be ready to fall back and get back up, we are made for this.

Find your purpose to have clarity and a decision-making framework, so you can make choices based on that. Do not waste time or energy outside of that purpose. Know what you are going after and what will distract you. Follow your curiosity, your excitement, and your heart. Do micro experiments, try things in small amounts.

How to Deal with Burnout

Everyone will feel the punch of life, recalibrating, rest, relaxation, is all essential. Self-care is essential. Claim your motivation but do not force it. Rhythms are personal, some like to have two full-free days a week to rest and rejoice outside of all work. Some people like to take long weekends off. Others like to take full breaks of 2 or 3 weeks every year, others like to work so hard that they can no longer work.

Go on a vision quest, go into nature, no technology, nothing but nature, four days, four nights, no food, just water, sleep on the ground, no input of any kind but nature. Remember, mother nature heals, just be in it. Get a tent, go in nature and fast while you are at it.

Get also in the rhythm of working, know when to turn on and when to turn off. Turn computers off, stop talking about work, choose your time. Don’t get on the computer or phone past 6 pm. Take time off to clean up and that will bring space to fill up with the new. Massage and bodywork are glory healers, let yourself rejoice in them, use them and share with others. Massage and bodywork are for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Let yourself empty out and delayer, incense and candles, bodywork with love, let yourself let go, empty out, eradicate all problems from consciousness, go to sleep like that and you’ll be refilled in the morning. Release it to the universe, most problems can be fixed overnight, just by letting go of them and letting yourself relax. Self-care is the best way to live life. Remember water is purifying, salt puts toxins out of the body.

If you kick ass all day, you need to rest up in the evening, release and balanced life. Get a self-care program in place, if you want to give give give, you need to rest up. Do not let yourself drain out. SELF-CARE FOR THE FUTURE. Burnout is a serious issue, do what keeps you well. Do not resort to damage control.

Working on All Categories

Work on what is in front of you. Do not let yourself be overwhelmed. Go through the categories, make a draft of your Lifebook, define what you believe, what you want, why you want it and what you need to do to make it happen. Take all categories and roll them up into one.

I want a career I can work while my children are present. A career I can work with my family, friends and loved ones present. Something I can do in any language, something that can be passed on after I die. Something that will allow my children to live a happy and healthy life. I want a career that is respectable, that creates further connections, that can be branched out into anything I want to be involved with.

6) I want to see people smile and feel grateful for the time they spend with me. I want to bring more self-awareness and have a career that is in alignment with my values. I need to be productive for the sake of my self-esteem. Contribution and self-actualization make me fill like I am doing the right thing at the right times. This all contributes to my improvement in wealth and quality of life.

My Career Strategy

Your Strategy refers to the specific actions that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be. How will you bring your vision into reality? Ask yourself what kind of positive habits, attitudes and action steps you can implement. What’s the RECIPE for the Vision you want to create?

4) I am constantly improving myself, on the day to day, week to week, month to month, year by year. I develop myself holistically, focusing on my week areas and taking advantage of my strong points.

5) I sell my services better than anyone else could sell them for me. People feel my high vibe and ask what I do, and how they can train and learn from me. I attract people by being attractive, focused, uplifted.

6) I routinely check my business and health, making sure everything is running smoothly, I am courageous on my approach, innovative in my style, and fluid with my creativity. I trust my intution and allow it to feed into my career. I stay flexible with trends and trust that my projects flourish even more than I am, aware.

7) I bring people into my team and ask for help when I need it. I pay those who deserve it for their work. I focus on giving and getting the best. I overdeliver in effort and value.

8) I focus on myself because it is I that succeeds in my career. I need to communicate, negotiate and lead. That is where success comes from. Being my best is the way to give the best.

9) I make my career and financial visions harmonize, I find ways to make my goals reality. I make sure my work focuses on manifesting my vision. I aim to be the best of the best in my field, I take pride in my work, putting my heart and soul in it.

10) I add new skills to my career every year, taking time to reinvent myself and my business.

11) I focus on selling, learning how it works and practicing it. Selling is getting people to think about something that will benefit them, and then get them to take action to achieve the results they are looking for.

12) I start by selling it to myself, then selling to others, taping on my ability to listen and provide what people will find beneficial.

13) I get involved outside of my routine places, to network and branch out into the community. This makes me get noticed. I constantly give more than I get, creating a surplus of karma.

Focusing on New Empowering Beliefs

What limiting BELIEFS did you discover? What are your new empowering beliefs?

There is nothing else I need than to do what I know needs to get done. It is time, all is coming to me. I trust what I have and trust what I give. It is time for me to shine.

Financial Life _ Rich is Better

Going strong into week 4th, there is no doubt Lifebook is working for me. It might be subtle, perhaps in the details, but I feel it most in my confidence. My vision is getting clear, synchronicities are showing up. I am feeling more open to go with the flow, follow my ecitment, bet true to my self and expect greatness. My boundaries are thickening because I am realizing my self-worth.

Most of us have learned that money is the root of all evil and that loving money it’s a bad thing.  However, we spend most of our lives working for money. Rich people are seen as greedy and selfish, they are seen with resentment. Many of us believe that to get rich we have to take advantage of other people. Everyone wants to be wealthy, but we are afraid of it.

What is Money?

Money is a tool of trade, a medium of exchange. It allows us to trade goods and services more easily. The purpose of money is to standardize and store value. Money literally represents stored energy, our hard work, and talent.  The dollars represent energy, focus on energy, not on paper. Money represents the best things people have to offer to each other, money makes easy to trade work, talent, and skills. The best inside of us for the best of the inside of others. Money is a symbol of human achievement and productivity, represents all the good we create for each other to make things better. Positively affect lives in a profound way, be valuable, acquire money to acquire the services of others. The better you are at what you are, the more worthy you are.

5) Money represents energy, it can be used for good and evil, depending on the intention. Everyone has the power to create energy by any means. I choose to follow my heart and trust that the universe will provide all the energy I need to do my soul’s calling.

6) Money comes and goes, I focus on creating wealth, on offering value, by first valuing myself.

7) Money is good and its good to love it, if I love it in health, it will love me back.

Focusing on New Empowering Beliefs

What limiting BELIEFS did you discover? What are your new empowering beliefs?

This one probably left me feeling more anxious than any other categories. I guess I can say this feels way more serious than it did before. Feeling pressure but maybe it’s a good thing. Better go to sleep and get to work!

Social Life _ Nourish the Tribe

Humans have a need for social company, we can survive without it, but with it, we thrive and live longer. We need to share our life with other people. To see and be seen. Relationships change over time, they take time and attention.

Most people don’t know what they need from great relationships, and what they need to bring to the table.  I want to have friends that are always there for me, that enrich my life and can be counted on, through thick and thin.

Social Life Premise

Your Premise refers to the foundational beliefs you hold about this category. What do you believe? What deeply held beliefs are shaping your life? Are your beliefs empowering? Do they move you at a deep level or are they holding you back? What is your Premise for this area of your life, or what would you like it to be?

1) My family (mom, dad, sister, spouse, and children) are my priority when it comes to relationships. If they truly need me, I am there for them. My extended family (uncles, aunts, cousins) deserves attention and respect, I give to them as I give to members of my community. My tribe is my non-blood related family, my true friends, lovers and peers, the people I do great things with. They are part of my inner circle and get a special place in my life. Casual friends, acquaintances, and clients are all part of my community, they deserve respect, but I have no commitment to them aside from what we agree to. There is also the people I consider fans, they are people that know me, but I don’t know them. I treat these people with respect and ensure that my boundaries are respected.

2) My family and tribe deserve quality time. I nurture these relationships, spend time on them, invest in them and make exceptions for them. These people get the best of me. My extended family and community might get the best of me at times, but I feel more comfortable taking space from them.

3) All good relationships are challenging at times. Those in my inner circle deserve honesty, transparency, time, help, time to process and second chances. It takes a huge fuck up to get kicked from this circle, and a huge amount of achievement to get in. Many people may want to be included in this circle, but I choose every single one meticulously. At the same time, I expect the same from these people, honesty, transparency, time, help, time to process and second chances.

4) I choose everyone I relate with carefully, and how much I related with them. I test people to check if they are worthy of my time. I do not condemn anyone, or criticize them. I simply choose who I want to engage with.

5) The people I choose are extraordinary, in the way they related to me and in their own life. They have high expectations for me and for themselves. They inspire me, support me, and show me the best parts of myself. They are happy and healthy. They are uplifting, respectful, mindful, and want the best for me. These are people I am in a relationship with regularly. Even when I do not get to see them in person, we make an effort to interact in other ways.

Social Life Vision

Your Vision refers to the ideal state you would like to achieve in this important category. Ask yourself: How do you want this area of your life to feel? What do you want it to look like? What do you want to be doing on a consistent basis? Clearly describe your ideal Vision.

1) I connect with the right people in the right way. I do not underestimate the power of great relationships. I mix my social life with other categories and try to include my relationships in these categories. I often go over these relationships and decide which need to be fixed and which needs to be tossed out the board. I check on how much value people bring to my life and how much I want to bring there and keep these balanced.

2) My relationships with my family and tribe are outstanding. These are solid, trustworthy relationships and I am proud of every-single-one of them. Whenever there is tension, I notice and clean it up. I am in charge of the quality of these relationships. I take control of how I relate to them. I ask for what I want and need. I speak up and invite others to speak up. In my inner circle, relationships are always being taken care of, when something comes up, I take charge. For other relationships in my community, I take a more passive approach, I check to see if they come to me if they care, and how much about being in harmony with me. All who may wrong me are forgiven, but they may not get as much as they once did.

3) My relationships move me forward and help me grow. I do not waste time or energy in stagnant, toxic, abusive, disrespectful, annoying, or useless relationships. I have no average or mediocre relationships. People in my tribe know me deeper than anyone else. We go deep and share to make our relationships meaningful, we support each other. I do not need lots of friends, I need excellent friends. I do not let low-quality people pull me down. I do not engage in relationships that drain my energy and stress me out.

4) I pick consciously and wisely, I am selective and invest in the right people. I am an excellent friend myself, helpful and loyal. I am in charge of giving what I want to get in return. I treat others the way I want to be treated, without letting others take advantage of me.

5) Above all, we enjoy each other’s company and want to be in each other’s lives, during the good and the bad times. Happiness is love.

6) My fans love me for being authentic, they support my projects and want to see more of me. They are respectful, inspiring, grateful, loving and kind.

Social Life Purpose

Your Purpose refers to the compelling reasons behind what you want in this category. What energizes you? What empowers you to take action? What motivates you to achieve your Vision? Describe WHY you want to make the most out of this area of your life?

1) I need social support to flourish. I need quality personal relationships for health and financial success. I am fed by warm personal relationships. I need stellar friends that encourage me, support me, care about me, inspire me and contribute to my growth.

2) Quality relationships are fun, we laugh together, they are healing. They are about sharing ourselves and being shared with. Friends with good qualities uplift my life. By contributing to my tribe and community, I become fulfilled and uplifted. My fans are the fire and fuel that drives many of my projects.

Parenting Strategy

Your Strategy refers to the specific actions that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be. How will you bring your vision into reality? Ask yourself what kind of positive habits, attitudes and action steps you can implement. What’s the RECIPE for the Vision you want to create?

1) I have a filter to know between the people that belong in my life and those that don’t. I notice what relationships drain me and which ones uplift me.

2) My social values are the things I demand from my relationships that I can not live without. These are the following: Trust, Authenticity, Support, Intimacy, Deep Connection, Touch, Play, Laughter, Harmony, Loyalty.

3) The things I do not tolerate from anyone are Dishonesty, Negativity (especially pushing me down), Laziness, Carelessness, Irresponsibility. Unhealthiness,

4) I am getting rid of the people that do not support or encourage my dreams, that don’t inspire me, believe in me, encourage me, support me. Get rid of abusive, negative, draining relationships. Give yourself permission to let them go. If no growth is happening, needs not met, interactions unpleasurable, let go of it. Get on with people that expand your life. No need for ritual or bid comment, just less available, fade away. No assholes allowed in my life. Do not allow anyone to treat me poorly. People treat you the way you teach them to treat you. It is my choice who I want to hang out with.

5) Any issues on my relationships require my utmost attention. Processing works.

6) I go out and seek outstanding people who will uplift me in my journey. I go where those people go, where they work, where they live, where they play. In person and online.

7) We travel with our friend group. We form bonds and learn together. We study together, work together.

8) I look for mentors, amazing experts in the things I want in my life, in business, and in life. I talk to leaders of my profession, I reach out to the highly successful people I admire. They want to share their wisdom with me. Successful people like to share. Interview them.

9) I have my own virtual network, surrounding myself with anyone I choose, their wisdom and guidance.  I do this by taking advantage of online videos. Reading and listening to the authors that I feel an affinity towards. I absorb their wisdom.

Focusing on New Empowering Beliefs

At the end of the homework we were asked to answer the following question:

What limiting BELIEFS did you discover? What are your new empowering beliefs?

Focusing on having excellent relationships is easier than I ever thought. I just need to be in integrity with myself, stay open and authentic, go out there and let myself be seen, treat people respectfully and love who deserves my love.

Parenting_ Doing it Right

This is the third week of my Lifebook experience. This is my chapter on parenting.

Parenting Premise

Your Premise refers to the foundational beliefs you hold about this category. What do you believe? What deeply held beliefs are shaping your life? Are your beliefs empowering? Do they move you at a deep level or are they holding you back? What is your Premise for this area of your life, or what would you like it to be?

1) More than ever, I feel clear on when I want to have children and how I would rise them.

2) Having a child and rising one is a conscious choice that I will make when I am ready.

3) No one knows how I should raise my children. It is up to me to decide what is best for them.

4) There is no reason for me to have a child now. I will know and do it when I am ready.

Parenting Vision

Your Vision refers to the ideal state you would like to achieve in this important category. Ask yourself: How do you want this area of your life to feel? What do you want it to look like? What do you want to be doing on a consistent basis? Clearly describe your ideal Vision.

1) I only have children with people I love and feel a deep spiritual connection with. My spouses and/or co-parents are people I respect, value, admire. These people and I have the same vision of our children and know how to communicate peacefully and efficiently.

2) My children live with me until they are ready to live alone. They are raised by me and people I trust deeply. They engage with me in the ways they feel called to. I offer them opportunities.

3) My children love me for who I am, not for what I do. They feel connected with me and appreciate the life they have. They are excited and passionate about life in their own ways.

4) My children practice being self-sufficient and helping others. They know self-care like pros. They know what is good and bad, best and worse. They chose wisely and accept the downfalls.

5) My children are happy, healthy, independent and passionate.

Parenting Purpose

Your Purpose refers to the compelling reasons behind what you want in this category. What energizes you? What empowers you to take action? What motivates you to achieve your Vision? Describe WHY you want to make the most out of this area of your life?

1) Children are a huge responsibility. They have a huge impact on my life and the world. This is why I am waiting until I feel ready to have a child and know who I want to raise children with

2) My children and me having children is a benefit to me, them and everyone in the universe. My children improve society, bring balance to the force, uplift humanity and care for life.

3) Becoming a father might be in my cards. If I am going to do it, I will do it right.

Parenting Strategy

Your Strategy refers to the specific actions that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be. How will you bring your vision into reality? Ask yourself what kind of positive habits, attitudes and action steps you can implement. What’s the RECIPE for the Vision you want to create?

1) I will continue to take care of myself, to become clear and centered. I will work on myself to become a better person and potentially an excellent father.

2) I will patiently wait, and maybe look, for the right person to raise children with. Once I meet her, I shall nurture a beautiful relationship filled with trust, inspiration, passion, and support. We will first make sure we are right for each other long term. Then we will make sure we have the same needs and desires regarding parenting. We will write down on Lifebook for parenting and be sure we have a 99% match on our premise, vision, purpose, and strategy.

3) Once the right partner and I are matched and in harmony with everything, we will make sure that we are both ready to have children and that we are confident we can support them for life.

4) Before having a child we’ll both be sure to clean up our karma and put things in place. We will do a cleanse and prime up our bodies, mind, hearts, and spirits to receive our child. We will make sure that we have a handful of years to raise our kids peacefully and mindfully, with all the care and resources they will need to live a happy, healthy, independent and passionate life.

5) We will prepare for the pregnancy, home-birth and the first few years of caretaking. We’ll be prepared as best as we can. Without stressing or overdoing it. We will enjoy the entire process.

Focusing on New Empowering Beliefs

At the end of the homework we were asked to answer the following question:

What limiting BELIEFS did you discover? What are your new empowering beliefs?

I used to think that I wasn’t meant to have a child. Now I know I have been careful this whole time, making sure I was fully ready to be a father. Now I know I can, I know I’ll be great at it, and know who I am waiting for to do it with.

Review Spiritual Life & Love Relationship

Yesterday was the beginning of my third week with the Lifebook program and I am already finishing all the homework with this coaching call. Today we’ll be reviewing the topics from this week. Spiritual Life: Finding my Center and Love Relationships: Fulfilling Needs.  These may be possibly the two strongest areas of my life I am working on lately. I guess we are right in time.

Giving and Receiving

Beliefs are at the core of all outcomes in life. Our job is to get clear on our beliefs. Everything can be true, change the core beliefs that control our behavior, problems will make us question our own beliefs. We don’t need to all believe the same, just be clear on your beliefs, bring consciousness to everything. Don’t stop giving, just strengthen your boundaries. I am not easy to take advantage of, I choose the beliefs I will be ruled by and my life will dictate from that. Our thoughts become our reality, choose, moment to moment, the beliefs that uplift you and connect you with the divine within you.

We also learn to receive, give the joy of giving to others. Say thank you from the heart. A simple thank you is the minimum way to receive. Get an insight into what you want for yourself and what you want to see outside in the world. Find the meaning and purpose of your life. We all need to help and uplift each other, but we also need to find what else and what specifically to us. We all are built to be a parent, a child, a human, but what else? Get insight into who you are and what you want to see out there. No need to put pressure on yourself, maybe you are just here to have fun.

Know What We Know

There is no objective reality, it needs an observer to exist. We are the observer and we create a reality with our observations. People will prove and disprove everything we know. We know the universe has certain laws that we know, there are things we know, no one may know exactly how everything works, we just need a framework to work through.

There is an inner reality and outer reality. There is the stuff I know about me, and stuff I know about outside. Understanding the inside will help us understand the outside. Take the outside world, notice how it makes you resonate inside and then change the world around you. Spend time studying the mechanism that helps us differentiate between truth and not the truth.

There is an objective reality and a subjective reality, we are capable of understanding what is going on. I know how to live in this world and how to fulfill my life and live rightfully. Objectivity and relativity is a two-sided coin. We need an observer for the raw objective data truth that is in the universe. Learn how to manipulate your reality to create what you want.

Implementing Beliefs

We need to discover, uproot limiting beliefs and let go of them. Be conscious and take responsibility, discover new beliefs, try them on, practice them, consciously, change something consciously and see what happens. Try new things.

You don’t need to believe anything you want, beliefs need to balance out with reality, balance what is out there, and develop premises that will help me live the life I Want to live. Beliefs have to be empowering and resonate within us.

Be quite, meditate, listen to tiny little voice inside, the divine inside us, knows, the voice, with an answer for each one of us, Be ready to fail, be ok to fail, be responsible, nothing will happen unless you make it happen. I am the center of my universe, I am in the driver seat, be responsible, do the work, work through it. Don’t let yourself float, we are made for this, we are well equipped, believe in yourself, BELIEVE IN YOUR DIVINITY. DIVINO BETSATORI. Om.

Subjective truth is true for me, objective truth doesn’t care what you believe, intersubjective truth is common stories we share with others. Find evidence and elements in life that prove your beliefs are true. Find examples of the things you want to believe.

Doing Our Part

We are always, ultimately, on our own. Our work always comes first. We need to have the patience for others to harmonize to our song, find your song, find your dance and let others come in and harmonize. We are all on this together, we need to get along and help each other. Don’t let others pull you down, work on yourself and shine the goodness on others. Don’t judge, patience, kindness, and compassion, it’s ok to outgrow others and don’t shove anything down anyone, let the real ones come to you. Lead by example.

Take full responsibility for your happiness, and hold your partners to certain expectations. Spend time thinking about how to make your partners life awesome. Everything is inside of us, we can change it all. Be responsible for the thoughts you entertain, the words that come out of your mouth. Focus on your mindset, be generous to your self, be realistic. Focus on yourself and others will come to give, give to others and you will be working on yourself, we can all help each other feel better. Things don’t make us upset, but how we process them.

Resolving Conflict

Understand your enneagram type, personality system, understand your type and your partner’s type. Some people need space, some people need to engage. We might have different styles, learn how to harmonize, chose a strategy that works, get someone to calm down and bring both of you back to connection. Another strategy, understand love languages and express love before trying to resolve conflict. Establish structures and tools to resolve different forms of conflict. Allow touch to happen, eye gaze, hug, cuddle, exercise, a process in individually before coming back. Find insight into communication styles, create a safe space for a discussion. Hold hands, set up rules, agreements, purpose, intention for the talk, write it down if needed, take notes if needed. Write down new values, agreements, commitments, understandings, affirmations, writing down allows for more awareness and stability in understanding. Learn to handle disagreements.

Making Decisions and Knowing What We Want

Our primary responsibility in life is to figure out what we want. Try things out and figure out what works for you. It comes down to living responsibly, experiment, get opinions and find out what works for you. Meditate, read books about it, let yourself be in the now, let the universe bring it to you. We have to put energy and thought in what we want, there are infinite possibilities, you gotta try things, no one can tell you what we want, we have to check it out. We are the only ones that can find out what we need, we can get ideas from others but we are the ones that know. Meditation is the best tool to find out what is right for us. Our brains are built to know, believe in yourself and that you can know.

How to Compromise

Everything in life is a tradeoff, everything is compromised from beginning to end. We compromise whether we know it or not. You need to know the bottom life. Do onto others as you would like them to do onto you. What is your energy, what energy do you want, what are you willing to give up for that? Change your compromises and know that you can also have it all, but for that, you need to tear down and let go of the things that are holding you back.

Remember the obstacle is the way, sit quietly, visualize your life, and let inspiration come in, let the answers come in. Conclusions aren’t as scary as you may think. Use visualization, let truth and possibility come to you, notice how you feel and be brave. Let stuff be uncovered, deal with the things you learn, shake it all loose, address it, look at it and deal with it. Put the courage pants on. Family comes first, first me, then the partner, then the kids, then the kids’ kids, then our individual families, then our tribe, then our extended family, then our community, then all living beings.

Love Relationships _ Fulfilling Needs

Yesterday I worked on my Spiritual Life category and today we are working with my love relationships. Our relationships dictate our happiness, bad relationships create stress, negativity, pain, and sadness. We are all trying to get our needs met and all good relationships should meet everyone’s needs.

Relationships with our Partner

Think every aspect of your love life, build a mental equivalent of what you want so you can go out and get it. Let go of ridiculous beliefs and expectations, even one stupid belief will block you from a great love relationship. Do not expect rejection and heartbreaks. There is someone out there perfect for me, they are looking for me and they will find me. Define your beliefs and visions. Find an intense, romantic, passionate love relationship. Think about and talk about the exact relationship you want to have, create a love affair that will last a lifetime, define on every aspect of the relationship, decision making, sex, family building.

Love Relationships Premise

Your Premise refers to the foundational beliefs you hold about this category. What do you believe? What deeply held beliefs are shaping your life? Are your beliefs empowering? Do they move you at a deep level or are they holding you back? What is your Premise for this area of your life, or what would you like it to be?

1) My relationships help me grow, improve, be challenged, be supported, feel fulfilled, feel loved. These are relationships I can count on, people who are there for me when I need them the most.

2) Extraordinary relationships require extraordinary people. I am extraordinary and deserve someone extraordinary. I know there are many people who I can have a perfect relationship with, they are on their way to me. I make myself an ideal partner, I turn myself into what I am looking to find. I am a great ingredient, functional person, with clear vision and desires. I bring the best to the party. I am the best person I can be.

3) Love requires actions. I learn how to love my partners, I take action to show people I love that I care. I am always kind, I am reliable, I am dedicated to my relationship. I pay attention to the little things, that light up my partners.

4) My partner is my best friend and favorite person in the world. I give to this relationship, as I give to myself. My partner and I are a team, with love we conquer everything. We know when to be together and when to be apart, together, apart, we are beautiful.

Love Relationships Vision

Your Vision refers to the ideal state you would like to achieve in this important category. Ask yourself: How do you want this area of your life to feel? What do you want it to look like? What do you want to be doing on a consistent basis? Clearly describe your ideal Vision.

1) My stable, love relationships get deeper every year, with an open mind and a core connection that withstands everything. Our love allows us to be together and apart, knowing they are both right when they are. We respect and admire each other, we respect each other and our truth, transparency, and authenticity are air clear. We communicate peacefully. We have an agreed communication style and easily handle disagreements.

2) My needs are not my partner’s needs, and her needs are not mine. We put ourselves first and each other second, children, other family members, friends, the world. I am my first priority, my partner is her first priority and we are each other’s second priority. Everything else comes after. We take time to be together, cultivate the relationship and deepen or relationships. We have weekly quality time and love every moment of it. We are on the same side and respect each other’s beliefs. We have a game plan, similar visions and the desire to work on the same project of life, we share the same friends, our families get along and we work together to raise a family, a community and a life together.

3) We learn, grow, have fun together and enjoy each other daily. We think of what is best for the other and do everything I can to improve each other’s lives. We know deep int he core of our being and knowing and feeling and loving that we are meant for each other for the long run, that we are made for each other, that we are built for each other and that inside of us the core of our being keeps us united from before we met till after we die.

4) We play, we go on adventures, we share, the deepest fears and visions, we flow together, we bring things into our lives and relationships that will excite us, energize us and make us feel alive in love. People see us and comment on how happy we look together.

5) We have amazing sex, can talk endlessly, crack eachother up, ara amazed by eacho thers greatness, have no issues with each others pain body or shadows, laugh about ourselves with each other, feel respected, feel appreciated, feel honored.

Love Relationships Purpose

Your Purpose refers to the compelling reasons behind what you want in this category. What energizes you? What empowers you to take action? What motivates you to achieve your Vision? Describe WHY you want to make the most out of this area of your life?

1) We want our lives to be fulfilled. We want to glow, we want to excel, we want to feel nurtured, taken care of, happy, joyful. We want to feel supported, so we can go out there and make good things happen in the world. We want to vibrate possibility, we want to hold hands, face in the same direction, look forward together, experience the world in the company of our beloved.

2) We want each other to remind the divine in ourselves, each other and around us. We want to get everything we want from life and share with our tribe and community. We want to have a team that will uplift us and uplifts others.

Love Relationships Strategy

Your Strategy refers to the specific actions that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be. How will you bring your vision into reality? Ask yourself what kind of positive habits, attitudes and action steps you can implement. What’s the RECIPE for the Vision you want to create?

1) We are conscious, listen to each other, find time for physical intimacy, support other people and never argue in front of other people or bring things up with other people before checking in with each other. We are effective communicators, on the same page, who demonstrate love for each other. We share easy, open and honestly, our communication is effective, even with intense feelings, we create space where we can open up and be free to share our fantasies, fears, anger, sadness, shame, desires, needs, complain, without fear that we will be attached, lectured, shamed, complain or withdraw.

2) We don’t expect our partner to agree or enjoy everything we think, say and do, but we trust, respect and accept our self-expression and our speaking up. We pay attention to our partner, we focus on them, when they walk into our space, we stop and check in, we create space for them to check in. We train our minds to be connected and tapped into each other.

3) We express appreciation constantly, every day we share what we love and appreciate about them. We tell each other what and why we love about each other. Define the things that we love about each other, we share the top things we love about each other, we get in touch with those things to remember how happy we are that they are in your life. We let them know this. We always give more compliments than complaints. Love and support, offer feedback, kindly. We handle disagreements peacefully, our fights are done intelligently. We do not argue when we are in a rage, the first one that comes down to peace is the hero. When we disagree, we are still for each other. We are solution oriented, not emotionally indulgent. We give each other space to cool down. We say sorry when we mean it.

4) We demonstrate our love for each other. We act on our passion, desire, and romance, they are habits we express on words and deeds, we plan romantic and sexy times, we are affectionate, we do special things for each other spontaneously. We learn what we want from each other, what we need, what we expect, what we hope. We are committed to spending sacred time together, connection rituals and ceremonies. We work on ourselves, together and independently, we share how we are growing, we date, we spend time together, grown-up time, divine time. Our sex life is healthy, easy, fun, playful, deep, passionate, energizing, inspiring, invigorating. As we have love dates we also have work dates, we plan time to work together on our shared projects. We travel with time, take retreats and spend time envisioning what we are creating.

5) We keep our love live exiting, we keep sex consciously, we plan it out, we invite what we want, create what we want, allow ourselves to get what we want, we dress to thrill each other, learn to massage each other, learn about each other special spots, how we like to be touched, how we get turned on, we surrender and take each other, responsibly, exciting, passionate, love, connection, depth. We travel consistently, spend time in nature and time with friends, we create music together, we train together, have healthy habits together, healthy meals, we are there in the best and worst times. We make it to another dimension, we explore more than we could ever have imagined and live an eternal life in connection. We have a clear idea of what we want to build together, we agree on how to parent our children and how to be healthy and fit, we talk about what we want to do, where we want to live and what we want our daily life to look like. We agree on finances, birthing, raising children and taking care of our families. We believe in each other’s projects.

Focusing on New Empowering Beliefs

At the end of the homework we were asked to answer the following question:

What limiting BELIEFS did you discover? What are your new empowering beliefs?

I can find the love of my life, the relationship that will last forever. My strategy is to work on myself on the daily, openly allowing my love relationship to come to me. My actions reflect the space I have for my love life. I am committed to spending time and energy on my partners. I have let go of beliefs that hold me back from this love relationship. My relationship will last, it will be safe, I will be able to attract it and hold it, care for it. I was born to love and be loved, there are amazing trustworthy people out there and more than one is perfect for me. The extraordinary love relationship I want is on its way, I am worthy and deserving. I am clear on the type of relationship I want. I am committed to put time and effort into my love life, to take care of myself and make time to take care of my lover. I have an agreat expectation, I have the right mood and the desire to have fun dating, meeting people, and creating connections. I take care of my body mind spirit emotions and talk to people to create connections. I cultivate and express my masculine and feminine sides, I nurture my sensual, sexual and spiritual selves. I am fully actualized. I put effort and consciousness in creating this amazing relationship.

Spiritual Life Finding my Center

This is the beginning of my third week with the Lifebook program. Thus far the greatest changes have been in my relationships with music and romantic partners. Hard to say if this is due to the program, my new living situation or simply coincidence. That aside, I am enjoying all the insight from the program and the process of writing down my premises, vision, purpose, and strategies on these twelves categories.

Spirituality means something different to every person, although it has been a topic written on for thousands of years. Spirituality is not religion, it can’t be handed, it is personal to each individual, about our relationship with our creator, it is a deeply personal experience. That’s why deep spiritual understanding brings control into our life.

Spirituality isn’t about culture but about who you are deep down inside. Most people don’t have a well defined spiritual life, even within religious structures, there are spiritual choices to make. We have to be responsible, think through and decide who we are in this category.

Spiritual Life Category

Spirituality can lead to amazing art, thinking and technological advancements. Spirituality and religion can also bring war and dark ages. Most people don’t choose their religion or spiritual beliefs. Most people are handed down their beliefs from their parents and the culture they were raised on. Most people inherit these beliefs, they are trained to relate to them and they stick to them, without exploring new points of view. This can lead to a lack of understanding, especially if you think that your way is the only way.

You can focus on the good and the bad of any religious text chose what to focus on in every philosophy, religion and spiritual ways.

Spiritual Life Premise

Your Premise refers to the foundational beliefs you hold about this category. What do you believe? What deeply held beliefs are shaping your life? Are your beliefs empowering? Do they move you at a deep level or are they holding you back? What is your Premise for this area of your life, or what would you like it to be?

1) Spirituality refers to the experience of oneness and how we are connected to all that exists. It’s about understanding who we are, where we came from, what our purpose in life is. Living a spiritual life is the ultimate feeling, enlightenment is the realization of oneness and enlightened beings live from this premise 24/7. Everyone else can get moments of flash, insight, realization, satori into the truth of our connection.

2) Spirituality means living by knowing that we are connected. Contribution, benevolence, empathy, kindness, and selflessness all relate to spirituality. All is connected, love is the answer to all problems. Self- love, and selfless-love are one and the same, we must care for ourselves as we care for others. Win-win scenarios are always the best option. Maximizing everyone’s benefit is the way to go to ensure goodness for everyone’s future.

3) Spirituality means striving to be a better person, make better choices, make the best of what we have been given. It means to be connected with our core destiny, our path, the way that is right for us.

4) Spirituality allows me to feel fulfilled an at peace with my life and my divine surroundings, knowing I am living rightfully.

Spiritual Life Vision

Your Vision refers to the ideal state you would like to achieve in this important category. Ask yourself: How do you want this area of your life to feel? What do you want it to look like? What do you want to be doing on a consistent basis? Clearly describe your ideal Vision.

1) Spiritual visions are lead by a divine mystic force. Self-discovery is an art form that takes time and unknowns. My life is a journey of self-awareness and conscious self-development. I am open to interpret the sings I take from the divine and to stay true to my interpretations from God.

2) I am connected to my spirit and thus connected to the Great Spirit. I trust this connection and act from it, knowing God is all and I am part of all.

3) I believe in my spirituality, I trust in my faith and I know that I may not know all that is but can know enough to live happily and rightfully, basing my actions in my behaviors. I trust the voice that guides my actions and communications.

4) My spirituality is about listening and doing the right thing, taking from the earth, the sky and my heart in the center. Feeling, understanding and knowing. I see myself connected with all that is an act from this place of knowing, talking to myself, loving myself, listening to myself, loving myself, helping myself, pleasing myself, respecting myself, knowing that the only true right action is one that feels good and leads to more connection, more pleasure, and joy, for all beings.

Spiritual Life Purpose

Your Purpose refers to the compelling reasons behind what you want in this category. What energizes you? What empowers you to take action? What motivates you to achieve your Vision? Describe WHY you want to make the most out of this area of your life

1) My spiritual connection creates time, space and peace to hear the truth of my heart, learn my purpose, heart my intuition and be creative and courageous to move forward with my desires, excitements, and power.

2) To create the best life I can for me and others and help others do the same, I have to become the best person I can be, I strive for excellence in every area of my life. My Lifebook is my spiritual path, this is the tool I use and what I share with others to help them find their own path and their own home. I want to help other people feel good, I want everyone to feel good, and better.

3) I trust my purpose will come day to day with my intuition and the things that life brings to me and how I react to them, life forces me to live my purpose, no matter how much I may struggle, I am always pulled in the right direction.

4) My purpose is to enjoy life, help others enjoy theirs and do as much good as feels good so that I can return to a good place. My purpose is to enjoy smiles and hugs, delight in the senses with responsibility, taking care of myself and others. Living rightfully, with no regrets, no fears, no doubts, knowing, knowing, knowing God. Knowing myself, believing, understanding, creating, allowing, letting go, flowing, flowing, flowing, loving, loving, loving.

Spiritual Life Strategy

Your Strategy refers to the specific actions that will get you from where you are now to where you want to be. How will you bring your vision into reality? Ask yourself what kind of positive habits, attitudes and action steps you can implement. What’s the RECIPE for the Vision you want to create?

1) I focus on staying grounded in myself, connected to myself I can be connected to others, the earth, the divine, I focus on practices that increase my self-awareness and train my mind to scan my awareness mentally, physically, emotionally.

2) My spiritual practices are focused on every day, forgiveness, letting go of negative emotions, is a daily practice. Meditation is another spiritual practice I do daily. I spend time in silence, walking in nature. I know I belong in nature and I make time daily to be outside for enough time to feel fully connected with myself, nature and the divine. I practice giving on a daily basis, I am generous with my time, smiles, attention, always making sure I am not draining myself.

3) I scan my day daily, in the end, taking note of what I did right, what I did wrong and what I avoided doing. I notice how the next day can be better. I take all the time I need to connect with myself and live a connected life.

4) I continue to explore my spirituality by attending events, experimenting with my mind, heart, and spirit through different approaches, from group to medicine, to silence to having a family.

Focusing on New Empowering Beliefs

At the end of the homework we were asked to answer the following question:

What limiting BELIEFS did you discover? What are your new empowering beliefs?

I can choose my own spirituality and live by what I think to be real. I can fine tune my beliefs, I don’t believe what other people told me to, I make my own choices and know why I believe what I believe, I understand where I come from. I have thought about what I believe and how I came to that conclusion, I know exactly what I know and take the time to be aware of it.
